Design

We have more than 25 years of experience in building residential and commercial projects of all different shapes and sizes. Our team of experienced professionals and craftsmen knows just how to get your vision down on paper. We also have an in-house interior design team that can work alongside your construction team to give you instant access to the creative process.

Cost

Our highly skilled in-house quantity surveyor, who has 25+ years’ experience and honest and transparent relationships across all the sub-trades, will view your project from all aspects and calculate the cost down to the last nail. He will obtain the most competitive quotes and prepare a full project cost analysis that will guide you to come up with a realistic budget that reflects your quality objectives

Drawings, Planning & Approvals

When we say we do it all, we really do it all. Every stress is taken off your shoulders. Once you have approved the drawings presented to you and made any changes you desire, we will submit your project to planning for approval. Your Project Manager will keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Procurement

Materials will be required to build your project, including everything from windows and counter-tops to doors, paint, fixtures and fittings. An in-house Project Administrator will personally ensure that everything is purchased according to your specifications, whether on-island or overseas, and will deal with purchase, shipping, customs duty, and clearing.

Construction

You should be well-acquainted by now with your project team. Our construction team will meet with you upon breaking ground and work to complete the job on time and within your budget.  We take great pride in our construction capabilities and will be in constant communication with you throughout the process.

Hand Over

Edgewater Group will take care of all final inspections of the property and have the permanent power turned on. Then we will do a walk-through to acquaint you with project features and the operation of various systems and components before handing it over to you.
