First of all thank you both very much for all your help with our construction and repairs at the Meridan, you all and your whole crew made some very daunting tasks look easy! I appreciated the weekly updates on all projects and your willingness to work with us when there was noise to be made, this is not something we normally are able to obtain, this made my life much easier.

The construction crew were neat, tidy, quiet and very respectful of any guests and homeowners that they encountered and this is high on our list of must-haves, as we are a short term rental property and keeping the guests happy is our top priority. The work you all carried is by far of highest standard we have had here at The Meridan. Edgewater will be recommended for any and all projects the owners have coming up. I have already and will continue to request Edgewater for all future projects here at The Meridan and anywhere else I can tell people what an outstanding company you all have.

Back in 2011 I had a crazy plan to build an incredible house on a spectacular beach on remote Little Cayman. Edgewater took what initially appeared to be an impossible dream and made it easy. The team took care of every detail seamlessly; from planning, design, quantity surveying, paperwork to the construction process itself. With detailed noted from site visits by the project management tram along with photo’s I managed to complete the project whilst living in Spain with relatively few site visits.

The house design required a very high level of finishing detail which would have been difficult enough in the US or UK, but Edgewater were more than up to the challenge. The result was more than we could have ever envisioned- a spectacular house with an incredible level of detailed finish and a quality level that far and away exceeded our very high expectations. I cannot recommend Edgewater highly enough. They are true professionals and an absolute delight to deal with.

Since the building of my home was my first experience in the said, I have to unconditionally state that it was a pleasure working with you over the several months of construction and it is my belief that we have come away from the experience friends rather than foes, that unfortunately happens too often with other contractors on the Island and worldwide. The Edgewater Team/ Crew also needs to be congratulated on their work ethics, as they are all very hardworking men whom take pride in what they do. This also reflects your management abilities of being able to run a ‘tight ship.
