William & Kody Join the Edgewater Development Team!

William moved from the UK to Cayman when he was 12 years old just a year before Hurricane Ivan devastated the islands. The opportunity to watch the island rebuild, and grow better and stronger than before ignited a fascination into property and construction for William. It was no surprise then that he decided to study and obtain his Bachelors in Property Investment and Management in Bristol, UK. This RICS accredited degree has given William a unique incite into the field and one we are thrilled to have on board our team.

Born in Cayman Kody has grown up on Edgewater job sites watching his parents grow the Edgewater Group from a small construction company operating out of their family garage into the first class property and construction group it is today. Kody also studied at the University of The West of England in Bristol, UK obtaining his bachelors with honors in International Business Management and after a year working in the finance sector decided now is the time to make the move he always wanted to make and start learning the construction trade. Kody is excited to shadow and learn from our experienced team!
