We are a little late to showcase this property so, our apologies for holding out on this one but it’s worth the wait and we are sure that you will agree.

We worked with Trio Design Consultants as the architects for this breathtaking home and it seems to have been a working matchmade in heaven because the end result is, as you can see, stunning.

The property was designed to enhance its surroundings, using the crystal clear ocean views as it’s greatest piece of art to be viewed through the vast custom windows flown in from overseas.

The interior living space is one of grandeur with double height ceilings and windows from floor to ceiling, everything in this home has been meticulously designed and in most cases custom made. The property has four bedrooms, cleverly laid out to allow each room a stunning ocean view. The custom built kitchen looks over the huge pool and private beach, this home truly is a, not so, little piece of paradise.

Edgewater Development took on the whole build of this property from ground breaking through to meticulous finish and furniture installation. The realm of work involved all construction administration, procurement, bringing in overseas install specialists and managing their flights and work permits, on site project management and full build through to complete installation.
