Cracked Conch by the Sea, West Bay (2002)
Complete re-construction of the restaurant after hurricane Michelle, included the addition of a large patio area and construction of an outdoor detached patio bar.

Reconstruction and conversion of Old Royal Bank to plaza including fit out and finish of Caymania Duty Free, Marquis Jewelers and Bliss.

Grand Pavilion Office Park (2004/05)
30,000 Sq ft Complete re-construction of downstairs areas due to flood damage from Hurricane Ivan

DHL Express (2004)
Design Build, reconstruction and fit out of the former Thompson Meat Market on Mary Street to house the expanded premises of a leading courier business.

Sundowner Condos (2005)
Complete reconstruction of the condominiums after Hurricane Ivan.

CUC Headquarters (2005)
Complete re-construction of downstairs areas due to flood damage from Hurricane Ivan

The New Cracked Conch, West Bay (2006)
Complete re-model of the restaurant and bars.  Custom millwork, fixtures and fittings.  Additional patio and bar,  with custom stainless steel cable railings.  New large commercial kitchens and storage.  Additional restroom facilities with lift stations.

Macabuca Oceanside Tiki Bar & Grill, West Bay (2006)
As a part of the Cracked Conch complex, this unique ocean front restaurant was created on the ocean patio overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The extensive bar and patio extensions were the main feature of this project, and the creation of a new kitchen and service area with restrooms and watertight doors to keep it all intact for storms.

Miss Cleo’s (2005) – 1020 Austin Conolly Drive
Edgewater Development undertook the rebuilding of Miss Cleo Conolly’s House as our community project in September 2005. This project would not have become a reality with out the commitment and hard work of the Edgewater Team and all our associates.  They certainly were instrumental in making this happen.

The Edgewater Team is very proud of this community project.  The house was built in 17 days, which is certainly a record accomplishment.  However, a project of this magnitude would never have been possible without the unwavering support of our employees and their families.

Miss Marvel’s Kitchen (2005) – East End
Edgewater Development designed and installed a custom kitchen for Miss Marvel after Hurricane Ivan.

"Since the building of my home was my first experience in the said, I have to unconditionally state that it was a pleasure working with you over the several months of construction and it is my belief that we have come away from the experience friends rather than foes, that unfortunately happens too often with other contractors on the Island and worldwide.

The Edgewater Team/Crew also needs to be congratulated on their work ethics, as they are all very hard-working men whom take pride in what they do.  This also reflects your management abilities of being able to run a ‘tight ship"
