Kris and Debi Bergstrom founded Edgewater Development Ltd. in 1998, but have been building in the Cayman Islands on personal projects since 1988. Kris brings a sound background to the firm, with many years in project management and working in construction here in the Cayman Islands. He has also completed numerous postgraduate courses in construction management as part of his commitment to continuously improve the quality of work Edgewater clients have come to expect. He also has held executive management positions in the airline industry and is a qualified airline Captain.
Debi compliments the team with her outstanding background in business administration and human resources. She has served in executive management positions in the corporate and technical services industry. She ensures that the projects have a ample supply of qualified, motivated and committed employees.

Ken Petersen and Dick Wilhelm, our senior project managers have over 60 years of hands on experience in construction, from material procurement to turn key.
Carma Peterson, head of purchasing, keeps a firm hand on ensuring our project schedules are maintained, and the best quality materials are available.
Milton Buchanan, our experienced and qualified Quantity Surveyor, ensures that the project costing is accurate and frequent analysis during projects ensures budgets are maintained.
